Russia Warns Norway on Howitzers, US Missiles; G20 Summit Standoff Looms

Russia has issued a stern warning to Norway, threatening "additional measures" in response to the deployment of howitzers and U.S. missiles near its border. This escalation highlights the growing tensions and potential for further conflict in the region.

In parallel, Canadian Prime Minister Carney has stated his readiness to confront Russian President Putin directly at the G20 summit, demanding Russia's withdrawal from Ukraine. This diplomatic stance underscores the international pressure on Russia to end its military actions and respect Ukraine's sovereignty.
