Montpellier Overwhelms Bath in Champions Cup Opener

Montpellier secured a significant away victory against Bath in the opening weekend of the Champions Cup, scoring 22 unanswered points in the second half. This dominant second-half performance from the French side ultimately proved too much for the home team.

The match saw Montpellier take control after the break, demonstrating strong offensive capabilities and defensive resilience to secure a crucial win on the road. Bath, conversely, will be disappointed with their inability to respond to Montpellier's second-half surge, highlighting areas for improvement as the tournament progresses.
