Mariota Leads Commanders to Upset Over Seahawks, Ending Win Streak

The Washington Commanders secured a dramatic 33-31 victory over the Seattle Seahawks, snapping Seattle's impressive winning streak. The win was spearheaded by backup quarterback Marcus Mariota, who delivered a standout performance in the absence of starting quarterback Jayden Daniels.

Daniels is currently sidelined with an elbow injury, expected to keep him out for approximately three weeks. Mariota's leadership and the team's overall resilience in this crucial matchup provided a significant morale boost for the Commanders. The victory over a previously dominant Seahawks team highlights the team's potential and raises questions about future strategic decisions.
